NF1701
Double-coated acrylic adhesive on a 0.5 mil clear film carrier — 33 oz/in on the unwind side, 30 oz/in on the liner side, with a 78# SCK release liner. NF1701 delivers balanced, moderate-tack perm/perm bonding suited to foam bonding, graphic mounting, and industrial assembly up to 180°F. Clear PET carrier is invisible once applied. Available in 54″ and 60″ widths. Application 40–90°F.

What's the difference between perm/perm and perm/removable constructions?
Perm/perm tapes carry permanent adhesive on both faces for a strong, lasting bond on both substrates. Perm/removable tapes have permanent adhesive on one face and a removable adhesive on the other, so one substrate bonds permanently while the other can be cleanly lifted and repositioned without residue.
Is NF1701's PET carrier suited for curved or irregular foam substrate bonding?
NF1701’s PET carrier provides dimensional stability rather than conformability — it is best suited for flat or slightly curved substrates. For foam with tight radii or irregular profiles, a transfer tape or cloth-carrier construction will conform better to the substrate.
