NF1792PC
Heavy-duty acrylic double-coated tape on a 0.5 mil clear PET carrier with a 60# PCK release liner. At 115 oz/in (unwind) and 110 oz/in (liner) peel, NF1792PC is the highest-peel perm/perm in this PC liner group. Bonds to a wide range of surfaces including low surface energy substrates such as polypropylene and polyethylene. The clear PET carrier works well in two-way sign applications. Tighter release liner aids precision cutting of small pieces. For industrial assembly, foam bonding, and permanent laminating where standard formulations do not develop sufficient bond strength.

- Display & Point-of-Purchase: Permanently bonding labels and identification panels to low surface energy substrates with the highest-peel perm/perm in this PC liner group; clear PET carrier works well in two-way sign applications.
- Labels & Identification: Permanently bonding packaging components where maximum-peel perm/perm on a clear PET carrier is required for high-strength packaging assembly.
- Laminating & Converting: Mounting sign panels and graphics on low surface energy substrates with heavy-duty perm/perm adhesion; clear PET carrier is visible through two-way sign constructions.
- Packaging: Permanently bonding packaging components where maximum-peel perm/perm on a clear PET carrier is required for high-strength packaging assembly.
Are custom widths and short runs available?
Yes. Nova offers custom slit widths and welcomes short runs across the full product line. Most quotes are returned within 24–48 hours. Reach out today to discuss your specific requirements.
What's the difference between perm/perm and perm/removable constructions?
Perm/perm tapes carry permanent adhesive on both faces for a strong, lasting bond on both substrates. Perm/removable tapes have permanent adhesive on one face and a removable adhesive on the other, so one substrate bonds permanently while the other can be cleanly lifted and repositioned without residue.
What does heavy-duty formulation mean for NF1792PC in labeling and signage?
Heavy-duty formulation means NF1792PC carries higher adhesive coat weight and a more aggressive tack profile than standard acrylic perm/perm tapes. This translates to higher peel on smooth substrates and better resistance to edge-lift in labeling and signage. Verify specs with Nova for your substrate.
