What's the difference between perm/perm and perm/removable constructions?
Perm/perm tapes carry permanent adhesive on both faces for a strong, lasting bond on both substrates. Perm/removable tapes have permanent adhesive on one face and a removable adhesive on the other, so one substrate bonds permanently while the other can be cleanly lifted and repositioned without residue.
Can NFCLOTH be torn by hand, and does it leave residue on removal?
Yes. NFCLOTH’s woven cloth backing tears cleanly by hand in both directions. The rubber-based adhesive is designed for removability in appropriate applications, though long-term dwell on some substrates may increase adhesion. Test on your specific substrate and at your expected dwell duration.
