NFS1905BR

High-tack solvent acrylic transfer adhesive with no film carrier, on an 84# natural polycoated kraft (brown) liner. At 110 oz/in peel and 250°F service temperature, NFS1905BR matches the adhesive system of NFS1905 in a brown liner format — for operations where liner color identification or natural kraft release properties are specified. For low surface energy bonding, rubber bonding, and demanding industrial assembly.

Adhesive: Solvent Acrylic
  • Foam & Textile Fabrication: Bonding foam and textile substrates to LSE materials with 110 oz/in solvent adhesive; brown liner format for operations where liner color coding identifies this adhesive in multi-product converting workflows.
  • Industrial Assembly: Industrial bonding at 110 oz/in in operations using brown liner color coding for product identification and process control in multi-tape converting or assembly environments.
  • Laminating & Converting: Laminating with high-tack solvent transfer adhesive on natural brown PCK liner; for converting operations where liner color identification simplifies roll inventory and changeover.
  • Outdoor & Weather-Exposed: Outdoor bonding at 110 oz/in with UV-stable solvent chemistry; brown liner variant of NFS1905 for outdoor applications where liner color identification is required.

Are custom widths and short runs available?

Yes. Nova offers custom slit widths and welcomes short runs across the full product line. Most quotes are returned within 24–48 hours. Reach out today to discuss your specific requirements.

When should I use a transfer tape instead of a film-carrier tape?

Transfer tapes are adhesive-only — no carrier film — so the adhesive is invisible once the liner is removed. Use a transfer tape when a clean, seamless finish matters, when a thinner construction is needed, or when a carrier film would interfere with the application. Film-carrier tapes offer more handling control and are better suited where dimensional stability or higher shear resistance is required.

Why does NFS1905BR use a brown liner, and does it affect performance?

The brown liner on NFS1905BR serves as a visual differentiator from standard NFS1905 — useful when multiple tape rolls are in use on a line and color-coding liners helps operators select the correct product. It does not affect adhesive performance.
