NFDBLLINTT
Acrylic transfer adhesive with no film or fabric carrier, delivered on two independent release liners. The double-liner construction allows the adhesive to be accessed from either side independently, supporting precision die-cutting, converting, and laminating workflows where a single-liner format creates processing challenges. Currently in development — contact us for sample availability and development timeline.

- Display & Point-of-Purchase: Bonding display components and point-of-purchase materials with a standard-tack no-carrier transfer adhesive on SCK liner; broad equipment compatibility for display fabrication.
- Labels & Identification: Applying adhesive layers to label stock in label converting operations requiring a transfer adhesive on a standard SCK liner.
- Laminating & Converting: General-purpose transfer laminating and converting with a no-carrier acrylic transfer adhesive on standard SCK liner; broad compatibility with converting and hand-application equipment.
- Packaging: Bonding packaging components, inserts, and closures with transfer adhesive that transfers cleanly from liner with no carrier to add thickness to the assembly.
Are custom widths and short runs available?
Yes. Nova offers custom slit widths and welcomes short runs across the full product line. Most quotes are returned within 24–48 hours. Reach out today to discuss your specific requirements.
When should I use a transfer tape instead of a film-carrier tape?
Transfer tapes are adhesive-only — no carrier film — so the adhesive is invisible once the liner is removed. Use a transfer tape when a clean, seamless finish matters, when a thinner construction is needed, or when a carrier film would interfere with the application. Film-carrier tapes offer more handling control and are better suited where dimensional stability or higher shear resistance is required.
What application problem does a double-linered transfer tape solve that single-linered versions cannot?
A double-linered transfer tape protects both adhesive faces with independent liners, allowing controlled sequential exposure — one liner removed for the first substrate bond, then the second for final assembly. This is critical in precision applications where exposing both adhesive faces simultaneously would cause handling or alignment problems.
