NFS1849PC
Solvent-based acrylic double-coated tape on a PET carrier with a 60# PCK liner — 40 oz/in (permanent side) and 20 oz/in (removable side) peel, clear construction, 180°F service, application down to 20°F. Solvent chemistry extends outdoor UV stability and weather resistance to both adhesive sides — the removable adhesive maintains clean release in outdoor conditions where water-based perm/removable formulations degrade. For outdoor signage and display mounting where both the permanent bond and the removable release must perform under UV and weather exposure.

- Display & Point-of-Purchase: Outdoor display mounting where solvent chemistry on both adhesive sides maintains performance under UV exposure; the removable side releases cleanly in outdoor environments where water-based adhesives degrade.
- Laminating & Converting: Converting solvent perm/removable tape in PCK liner format for outdoor signage fabricators requiring both adhesive sides to be UV-stable.
- Outdoor & Weather-Exposed: Outdoor sign and graphic bonding where both the permanent bond and the clean removable release must perform under UV, moisture, and temperature cycling.
- Signage & Graphics: UV-stable outdoor sign mounting where solvent chemistry maintains clean-release performance on the removable side in conditions that degrade water-based perm/removable formulations.
Are custom widths and short runs available?
Yes. Nova offers custom slit widths and welcomes short runs across the full product line. Most quotes are returned within 24–48 hours. Reach out today to discuss your specific requirements.
What's the difference between perm/perm and perm/removable constructions?
Perm/perm tapes carry permanent adhesive on both faces for a strong, lasting bond on both substrates. Perm/removable tapes have permanent adhesive on one face and a removable adhesive on the other, so one substrate bonds permanently while the other can be cleanly lifted and repositioned without residue.
Why is PCK liner specified for NFS1849PC instead of a standard paper liner?
PCK (polycoated kraft) liner resists moisture better than plain kraft, which matters for an outdoor-rated product stored or handled in humid environments. The moisture resistance prevents liner curl and adhesive migration that can occur with standard kraft liners in outdoor-focused supply chains.
